Acting as a system thinker of urban issues and their solutions with strong leadership in public policies and programs to improve cities´ lives and being a focused leader with recognized experience in urban planning and design, I deal with cities problems as design problems and have my work underlain by the conviction in ethical design and transparent development processes.

Handling different scales of urban interventions I have soft skills, social intelligence, commitment and tenacity to implement best strategies for city’s development, always driving for better results. Having worked for 18 years as a designer, including a recent experience as Design Executive Officer at one of Brazil’s best design agencies, I firmly believe that urban development are primarily a political process of citizen’s engagement and governance processes.
