MASTER PLAN
This Project provides opportunities to fund and build more than 4.000 dwellings in Sao Paulo Central Area. Building not only dwellings but also commercial and service facilities to improve the central neighborhoods. The project was funding by State of Sao Paulo resources and other resources like rent revenues from commercial areas.
Our contribution: Integrated The State of Sao Paulo affordable housing master plan (Casa Paulista) teamwork, providing opportunity to fund and build more than 4.000 dwellings in Centre Area.
